The Terrace and Isle of Wight Pilates retreat offers an immersive experience combining Pilates, gourmet cuisine and fine wines, all set on one of the island's most desired coastlines at the award-winning hotel The Terrace.
Start your day with an invigorating Pilates class set in front of beautiful sea views, followed by a well-balanced brunch created from IOW produce. Spend your day with us taking hikes up the rugged coastline, take an adventure in a kayak or simply relax and enjoy all The Terrace and Ventnor beach have to offer.

We will come together for an early evening class of pilates or yoga to wind down and set the tone for the evening ahead.
​
Evenings will include wine tasting and education in The Terrace's breathtaking wine room, followed by memorable menus at Ventnor's top local restaurants.

Travel arrangements, including boat and taxi transfers to and from the retreat, are not included.
However, we're more than happy to assist you in coordinating these as needed.
Your Stay at The Terrace:
Our rooms are booked on a first-come come first-served basis and include rooms One to Five as seen on The Terrace website. Each room features a sea view, White Company linen and full coffee and tea service.
Single Occupancy Room - £1140pp
Shared Room (based on two sharing a Super-king size bed) - £880pp
