The first class of our Reformer series is a full body workout using all the opponents of your Reformer at essential to intermediate level.

Working with classical Pilates and dynamic moves today we work on our short spine prep, abdominal and core connection laying and seated with some lunges to feel the burn in those thighs .

In this session we’re working with the Reformer box to tone up the entire body. You’ll find squats, mid back work and short spine.

A full 360 workout using the Reformer box, expect a side plank challenge and strong leg movements.

Today we challenge the body with light resistance to focus on the stabilising muscles. Work on balance and coordination with some kneeling twists and your classical moves the semi circle. Option to use added hand weights for extra arm work.
