Service Description
Back on the island, Shennon the studio owner and teacher at Hotpod Southampton invites you to join her for a delightful morning of yoga and natter on Sunday 20th April. Enjoy a 2-hour yoga session focusing on core work, balance, mindfulness, body awareness and most importantly, restoration. Starting on the mat at 9.30am for a fun, challenging full body flow followed by a break at 10.30am. Restorative yoga will commence at 10.50am. After the session feel free to stay for Q&A's. Please bring your mats but if you don't have there is some available at the studio. Bolsters and eye pillows will be provided but feel free to bring blankets if you'd like them for the restorative session. Cancellation Policy
Please understand that whilst every care will be taken to give safe instruction I attend pilates and yoga at my own risk and will update the instructor if any injures occur prior to class. In the event of physical injury resulting from my participation in any Isle of wight pilates class or event no monetary compensation will be provided to me by Isle of Wight Pilates and any of the instructors teaching class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class is due to start, cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your classes to avoid being charged. Please note that any classes in your basket when purchasing a block of sessions will not be booked by the purchase, please head back to your account to book your sessions, bookings will be followed by a confirmation email.
