Living on an Island surrounded by beautiful sea views ... why not come and join Pilates by the sea. In various locations, these classes are a fantastic way to participate in a core based work out while connecting with the mind and natural surroundings.

Training outside is a great way to connect a little deeper, having a moment to appreciate what surrounds us, listening to the gentle sounds of the waves and feeling the breeze on your cheek bones gives us the tools to tune out of the day to day routines and mindsets.
